TickitHUB - ANPR Vehicle Alerts

TickitHUB - ANPR Vehicle Alerts

This article with explain how the ANPR Vehicle Alerts work and how to manage them up on TickitHUB.

ANPR Alert Groups

Alert Groups define who received the notification sent via either Text, Email or both to alert them that a vehicle has entered the car park.

These are required before an alert can be created.

Please notify Atria - Helpdesk@weareatria.co.uk - of any new groups or amendments you wish to make to existing groups. We need to apply these updates as this isn’t currently available from TickitHUB.

Please bear in mind that for SMS alerts, there is a cost for each alert.

ANPR Vehicle Monitor

The Vehicle Monitor list is where you can create, edit and remove the vehicles which you want to be alerted about. When you initially load this list, you will be displayed with a list which displays the VRM, Monitor Reason, ANPR Location it’s linked to and the Monitor To and From dates. You will also be able to disabled or delete each alert from this list.

When adding a new alert to the list, you will be displayed with a for which looks like this:

Vehicle Details

Only VRM is mandatory in this section, the Make, Model and Colour aren’t required.

Monitor Vehicle Details

You're required to select one of the ANPR Locations in this section, or you can select All ANPR Sites.

To add an ANPR Location to this list, you will need to enable a configuration within the ANPR Location itself.

Edit the ANPR Location, and there will be a Tick Box on the Details tab for ‘Enable Vehicle Monitor’.

When selecting All ANPR Sites, this will only apply to ANPR Locations with the above configuration enabled.

The Alert Group will be a drop down of the groups of recipients that you want the alerts to be sent to.

High Priority, please only use this if it is 100% necessary, and NOT for all alerts you setup. By default, the alerts are run every 10 minutes.

Monitor Start and End Date, these are both mandatory and will need to be selected before the alert can be added. We would advise that you only set the alert for a sensible timeframe, to help manage the list and discard any alerts which are no longer needed.

Alert Text, this is the message which is included as part of the notification that is sent out to the recipients.

Monitor Comments, these are for internal use only, and won’t be included as part of the notification message.

ANPR Vehicle Alerts

This will display a list of alerts which have been triggered by TickitHUB. From here you will be able to view the entry event images (Overview and Plate) of the vehicle, and also the Alert Text.

From this list, you will also be able to resent any alerts which may have been missed first time around.
