The following details the process used by the administration teams for issuing PCN’s identified by ANPR.

Getting Set Up

Once logged into TickitHUB:

1. Select Permit Management > List eParking

2. From Permit Type select the required permit type (this is effectively the location of the ANPR camera)

3. Within Valid on Day enter the required date for contraventions

4. Open a separate browser tab and select Parking Charge Management > Parking Charge Search

   1. From the Sort By dropdown field select Issue Date (New First)

5. Open a separate browser tab and select ANPR Management > ANPR Contraventions

   1. From the Vehicle Status dropdown field select Validation Required

   2. From the Sort By dropdown field select In Date (Oldest First)

6. Open a separate browser tab and select ANPR/CCTV Management > ANPR Contraventions

   1. From the Vehicle Status dropdown field select All

   2. From the Sort By dropdown field select In Date (Newest First)

7. Open a separate browser tab and select Permit Management > Permit Check

   1. From the Sort By dropdown field select In Date (Newest First)

Issuing the PCN

1. Within ANPR/CCTV Management > ANPR Contraventions select the required VRN

2. Within ANPR Contravention Details:

   1. Check the VRNs of both images match

   2. Copy the VRN

3. Within Permit Management > Permit Check:

   1. Enter the VRN in the VRN field

   2. Select the required location from the Location dropdown field

   3. Enter the date of the contravention in the Valid On Date field

   4. If no listings are returned this shows that no permits were in place for this vehicle on the date of the contravention

   5. It’s also worth checking if the VRN was entered correctly by the driver at the point the permit was purchased, so in the VRN field

      1. Perform a search for the first half of the VRN (AB12*)

      2. Perform a search for the second half of the VRN (e.g. *ABC)

      3. Perform a search of the full VRN in the VRN Fuzzy Search field

      4. Perform a search with the VRN field completely blank

   6. Click Refresh, this will show all (if any) permits that were purchased on that date

4. Navigate back to ANPR Contravention Details

   1. If it is deemed that the driver didn’t purchase a permit click Issue PCN

   2. If it is deemed that the driver did purchase a permit or didn’t trigger a contravention, click No Action
