Tickit Hub - Creating & Amending Permits

The Process




To access your Permit list, click Permit Management from the sidebar, followed by Search Permits. You will be presented with a table that will show 25 Permits per page once you have performed a search using the search fields within List Criteria. Each row is a different Permit. Permits can be filtered accordingly using the  List Criteria box at the top of the form.

 

There are a number of options on the right-hand side of the table that can be used to perform individual actions for each Permit.

 


Edits the Permit (same function as clicking the Permit Reference number).

 


Cancels the Permit

 


Revokes the Permit (Locations can be set up to disallow vehicles with Revoked Permits).

 


Deletes the Permit

 


Undoes the cancellation, revoke or deletion of a permit

Adding a Permit

  1. Begin adding a Permit by clicking Add Permit from the sidebar, or by pressing the +add button found below the Permit list table.

  2. Enter a Permit Reference number formatted to your requirements.

  3. If the chosen Permit Type is configured to allow assigned the either the person or their Vehicle, select the appropriate option from the drop-down.

  4. Enter the Vehicle Registration(s).

  5. Use the Calendar selector to select a Start Date.

  6. Add any additional information you require in the Comments area provided. 

  7. Click the Issue To tab. 

  8. Enter the required contact details (note: population of this tab is not mandatory, however entry of a First Name will require the entry of a Last Name

  9. Click +Add when complete


Cancel a Permit

  1. Click Permit Management from the sidebar, followed by List Permits.

  2. Search for the required permit

  3. Click the Green Cross icon for your chosen permit

  4. Click OK when the confirmation message appears

The status of the permit will have changed from Active to Cancelled

Delete a Permit

  1. Click Permit Management from the sidebar, followed by List Permits.

  2. Search for the required permit

  3. Click the Red Cross icon for your chosen permit

  4. Click OK when the confirmation message appears

The status of the permit will have changed from Active to Deleted

Revoke a Permit

  1. Click Permit Management from the sidebar, followed by List Permits.

  2. Search for the required permit

  3. Click the Blue Circle/ Red Cross icon for your chosen permit

  4. Click OK when the confirmation message appears

The status of the permit will have changed from Active to Revoked

Undo a Delete/ Revoke or Cancellation

  1. Click Permit Management from the sidebar, followed by List Permits.

  2. Search for the required permit

  3. Click the Green Arrow for your chosen permit

  4. Click OK when the confirmation message appears

The status of the permit will have changed to Active
