This article is for adding an account manager to the drop down menu which is found by going onto the ticket management tab - locations and clicking on the location then scrolling down to a drop down menu called account managers.
You will need access to:
Location and device Management - Locations
Warden Management - Operatives
An operative will need to be created in order to complete this article, if one hasn’t already been made you can follow this guide to create an operative: TickitHUB - Adding and Updating an Operative/Warden
Once the operative is created click the account manager tick box on the operative profile.
Once this is done the new account manager will now appear on the drop down lists for account managers on the locations tab.
